Rock o'clock - 50's and 60's music collection

This site is dedicated to 50's and 60's music, mainly to rock and roll. Brief comments from my own point of view, but not biographies, about some of the greatest 50's and 60's artists are included, alongside with some of their best songs. At present this collection covers 53 songs from 34 different artists. Before every song appear the title and the year of release. Now it's time for rock'n'roll... read, listen and enjoy!

The Hollies

The Hollies began their career in Mersey beat time. They used to perform rock and roll songs, with good results. With time their own compositions show good qualiaty. Though they only obtained one number 1 in the 60's with I'm Alive, they made great songs. The group had a long life, being able to addapt their style to each time.
