Gerry and The Pacemakers
In the boom of Mersey beat many British bands, specially from Liverpool, had a chance. In that city Gerry and The Pacemakers compete in popularity with The Beatles. They not only made good pop music, but also unforgetteble balads. One of their balads, You'll never walk alone, is singed by Liverpool and Celtic of Glasgow supporters before every football match.
